Am a Tanzania Citizen proudly seeing my President H.E Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete addresses such an important attention over the health of every woman every child.

The Subject `EVERY` is where my comment fouces. If it all means `no stone` which considered blocking Women and Children opportunities should be left `unmoved`.

I would suggest to my President,(starting at Home). He should consider to voluntarily initiate a sincere participatory method in a rather provocative patriotism measures than the available mechanisms, among local NGOs, private and public entities members. First by collecting potential and pertinent information to the issue, which clearly address analytical stance of the situation as per the subject matter. Secondly draw attention of the remarkable status. Thirdly address as prioritary pillar at every walks of service delivery activities in the country that the issue of EVERY WOMAN EVERY CHILD is among key endevour in moulding up and bringing in such a decent and potential Nation. Should this be applicable model among developing States.

Let the ICTs (Public and Private), Health service deliverer, the Judisdiciary and Legislature, Transport and Communication, Housing and Settlement setforth common mechanisms, objective and investments in supporting the dynamic issue of EVERY CHILD EVERY WOMAN. Let the ball rollover for Tanzania.

Thanks H.E.
